Here are the entities that ultimately decide how each of the District of Columbia’s opioid settlement shares are spent:

• 90-100% Opioid Abatement Fund share: generally, D.C. Department of Behavioral Health’s Office of Opioid Abatement; sometimes, D.C. Council

• 0-10% Litigation Support Fund share: D.C. Attorney General
